Administration Team

With a passion for education, Mrs. Chritian is a veteran educator with over two decades of experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Math from Texas Woman's University and a Master of Education in Leadership and Policy studies from University of Texas at Arlington. This year, Ms. Sachs begins her 27th year in education. She has been with Fort Worth ISD for 19 years, and has served as a science teacher, physical education teacher, and athletic coach. During the 2009-10 school year, Sachs was part of the Aspiring Principals Program and assigned to Stripling Middle School as an Assistant Principal in Residence and has been here ever since.

Jasma Hayes is a native of Fort Worth, Texas and a proud product of the Fort Worth ISD.  She has served the district in the capacity of ELA teacher, reading specialist, and instructional coach before entering her new role as Assistant Principal. She is excited about starting this new chapter at Stripling Middle School. When she is not serving her community through various organizations, Mrs. Hayes enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and son.

Ms. Martin is entering her 20th year in education, 16 years spent in the classroom. She started her teaching career in FWISD in 2005 as a high school Family and Consumer Science teacher. After 10 years of serving the Eastside of Fort Worth, she ventured out to Austin, Texas, and taught in Del Valle ISD where she was accepted into Del Valle's ten-person principal preparation cohort. Shortly after, she returned to North Texas and began her work as an instructional coach where she has the opportunity to nurture teacher capacity which ultimately impacts student growth and achievement. This will be her 4th year in this role, and she is very excited to join the Stripling family. Click to email Ms. Martin.
